Build your own WODs here — AMRAPs, EMOMs, Tabatas, rounds for time, chippers and
lifts — then press Sync on your watch and they appear in the app's
Custom list. No account and no password. Your watch
is your login, and nothing about you is stored: only a random key the watch
generated and the workouts you built for it.
Connect your watch
On your watch, open CrossFit Power → Settings → Sync.
The watch shows a 6-digit code for 15 minutes.
Type it here. The watch never asks you to type anything.
Sync is part of CrossFit Power Pro. The free version runs its
built-in workouts only and contains no networking code at all.
How it reaches your watch
Press Save here, then on the watch open
Settings → Sync → Sync now. Your workouts land in the
Custom list and run exactly like the built-in ones — same timer,
same rep counting, same personal bests. Workouts you built on the watch
are never touched by a sync.
Syncing needs your phone connected (or WiFi), so do it before you head to the box —
not mid-WOD. Up to 20 workouts, 40 movements each — but your watch only has room
for about 12 KB of workouts in total, and a CrossFit movement
carries a name, an amount and a load, so a list of long ones runs out of space
well before it runs out of workouts. The bar above always shows what really fits,
and workouts are sent from the top down.
Disconnecting forgets every watch in this browser — your workouts stay, and
pairing again from a watch brings them back. Deleting removes everything we store
for the watch selected above, permanently; any other watch you have paired is
untouched. See the privacy policy.
