Sync is part of Kettlebell Power Pro. The free app runs Simple & Sinister — the whole programme, forever — but it does not include sync.
Loads are shares of your anchor bell, not weights. Your watch picks the closest bell you own and adjusts the reps to match — so a session you build here still works for someone with a different set of bells. Leave a load blank and each movement uses its own share, exactly as the app itself prescribes it.
Press Save here, then on the watch open Settings → Sync → Sync now. Your sessions appear under My workouts and run exactly like the built-in ones — same interval ring, same rest timer, same hand-switch buzz, same personal bests, same activity saved to Garmin Connect. Your hand-care allowance counts them too.
Syncing needs your phone connected, so do it before you head out — not mid-session. Up to 8 sessions, 60 segments each and 120 segments in total across everything you save. That total is roughly three full Simple & Sinister sessions.
A segment is one set, or one rest. A set names a movement, whether it is counted in reps or in seconds, how long its interval window is if it has one, which hand it is on where that applies, and what share of your anchor bell it uses. Carries are timed only — a ten-rep farmer carry is not a thing.
The beside a hand marks where your watch buzzes: it vibrates when the hand changes from the previous set, and stays quiet when it does not. A rest between two sets does not interrupt that — swing right, rest, swing left is still a switch.
Two things your watch may do differently from what you see here, both deliberately. If you own no bell near the share a set asks for, the card tells you which bell would fit rather than skipping the set. And while hand care is on, snatches and high pulls become one-hand swings — the guard wins, so your palms last.
Keep names short. On a small watch a menu row shows about 12 characters before it is cut, so Sinister Wednesday A and Sinister Wednesday B would look identical in the list — the builder will ask you to change one.
Disconnecting forgets every watch in this browser — your sessions stay, and pairing again from a watch brings them back. Deleting removes everything we store for the watch selected above, permanently; any other watch you have paired is untouched. See the privacy policy.
Built by the same developer — same clean layout, same offline-first approach.
