Chain planks back to back, decide how long each one lasts and whether there is a break
after it, then press Sync now on your watch and the circuit appears in
WORKOUTS. No account and no password — your watch is your login.
Connect your watch
On your watch, open PLANK Power Pro and swipe up on the START page to WORKOUTS.
Press START. The first time, the watch shows a 6-digit code for 15 minutes. (Later, choose Get workouts in that list.)
Type it here.
Sync is part of PLANK Power Pro. The free edition contains no networking
code at all, so it cannot use this page.
How it reaches your watch
Press Save here, then on the watch open WORKOUTS and
choose Sync now. Your circuits appear above the four built-in ones and
run exactly like them — same timer, same ring, same rest screen, same activity saved to
Garmin Connect.
Syncing needs your phone connected, so do it before you start — not mid-circuit.
Up to 10 circuits, 20 phases each, and one hour of
work and rest per circuit. A hold can be 5 seconds or 10 minutes; a moving exercise
starts at 10 seconds, because a 5-second set of shoulder taps is not a set.
Some moves are done one side at a time — the side plank and its
relatives. For those the builder makes you pick left or right, and for every other move
it takes the choice away. That is not a preference: the watch prints an
L or R next to the move name, and a side on a move that has no sides
would be a wrong instruction on screen.
Keep names short. On a small watch a menu row shows about 12 characters before it is
cut, so Morning Core A and Morning Core B would look identical in the
list — the builder will ask you to change one.
Disconnecting forgets every watch in this browser — your circuits stay, and
pairing again from a watch brings them back. Deleting removes everything we store for
the watch selected above, permanently; any other watch you have paired is untouched.
