What stays on your watch

Your intake confirmations, skipped reminders, timestamps and adherence history stay on the Garmin watch. They are not uploaded to BIKINTULIS.

Optional website sync

If you choose Pair & Sync, the service stores a random device key and the supplement schedule you create, including names, reminder times, user-entered amounts and units. No account, name, email address, health profile or location is required. The watch only downloads this schedule; it does not upload its intake log.

Retention and control

The server schedule expires after 30 days unless you save it again. The setup page includes controls to disconnect the browser or delete the server copy immediately. Deleting the server copy does not change information already stored locally on the watch.

Security cookie

After pairing, the website sets one signed, HttpOnly, Secure, SameSite cookie so that browser can edit the paired schedule. It is strictly necessary and is not used for analytics or advertising.
