Privacy Policy — Stretch Power

Updated 19 October 2026. Applies to Stretch Power and Stretch Power Pro.

On-watch data

Settings, practice history, streaks and personal bests are stored on the watch. Guided sessions may create an activity in your own Garmin Connect account. Garmin handles those activities under its own policies. Stretch Power does not send those activity files or heart-rate data to BIKINTULIS.

Optional web routines in Pro

Starting with Pro 2.2.0, My Routines lets you pair your watch and download routines created on this website. Pairing is user-initiated and needs a connected phone and the Communications permission. The service stores a random device key, pairing and sync timestamps, and the routine names, stretches, order and durations you save. It does not require an account or upload practice history.

The free edition has no sync client or Communications permission. Existing built-in programs continue to work offline. Pro also keeps downloaded routines for offline use.

For pairing cookies, retention and self-service deletion, see Routine Sync Privacy. The builder's Forget and Delete controls affect only the selected watch's connection or server data.

Pro 2.3.0 also lets you save up to 20 custom stretch definitions: your chosen name, body area, default duration and Left/Right option. These are stored with the selected watch and downloaded with its routines. The illustration is a generic body-area marker. Deleting the watch's server data removes these definitions too.

Website and contact

Standard server logs can include IP addresses, request paths and timestamps. Contact-form messages are used to respond to your enquiry. This app uses no advertising or analytics SDK.

Control your data

Delete server routines and the device record in the builder. Watch-local data is removed when you clear or uninstall the app. Garmin activities are managed in your Garmin account. For assistance, use the contact form.
