Privacy Policy

1. Who we are

BIKINTULIS is an independent developer of Garmin Connect IQ apps and watch faces, based in Germany. This policy covers the bikintulis.de website and the general handling of your data. Each app additionally has its own policy describing what that specific app collects on your watch and server — see Section 8. For any privacy question or request, use the contact form.

2. Information we collect

Through the website, we collect only what you choose to send us, plus minimal technical data:

  • Comments & reviews — your name, email address, an optional star rating, and your comment text.
  • Contact messages — your name, email address, subject, message, and an optional photo or video attachment (up to 20 MB).
  • Technical data — your IP address, stored in our database only as a salted SHA-256 hash for spam and rate-limiting, never in raw form there; and standard web-server access logs, which as on any website do record raw IP addresses, kept for up to 30 days.

We use no advertising, no analytics SDKs, and no tracking pixels. The site sets a cookie only on a page where you deliberately pair a watch, and only if you do: one of the workout builders, MedTrack, SuppTrack, or the Work Hours timesheet. Each sets one strictly-necessary cookie of its own; none of them is used for tracking. We do not ask for your date of birth, location, or any financial account details on the website.

3. How we use your information

  • To publish your comment/review after moderation (your name, rating and comment are shown publicly; your email is never published).
  • To read and reply to your contact messages.
  • To keep the site secure and prevent spam and abuse.
  • To operate, maintain and improve the website.

4. Payments

The apps are currently free to install (with a trial); paid licences are not yet sold through this site. If paid purchases are added later, payment will be handled by a third-party payment provider — you would enter your card details directly with them, and BIKINTULIS would never receive or store your full card number or security code. This policy will be updated with the provider's details before any payment is processed.

5. Disclosure — who we share data with

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal data, and we do not share it for advertising. Data is disclosed only to the limited service providers needed to run the service, and only as far as necessary:

  • Hosting — our server and database are hosted in the EU (Germany).
  • Email — EU-based, used only to deliver/answer contact messages.

All transfers happen over encrypted connections (HTTPS/TLS). We may also disclose information if required by law. As an EU-based service, the GDPR applies.

6. How we protect your information

  • All traffic to and from the website and our servers is encrypted with HTTPS/TLS.
  • Data is stored in a private database that is not exposed to the public internet.
  • IP addresses are stored in our database only as salted hashes, never in raw form there; raw IPs appear only in standard web-server access logs, kept for up to 30 days.
  • No card or payment-account data is ever handled or stored by BIKINTULIS.

7. Data retention

  • Published comments: kept while the related app is listed on this site.
  • Contact messages (and any attachment): kept only as long as needed to handle your enquiry, then deleted.
  • Server access logs: up to 30 days.
  • App/licence data: as described in each app's own policy (Section 8).

8. The apps

Each app has its own detailed policy covering what it collects on your watch and server:

  • BabyTrack Face — companion watch face.
  • Burpee Workout — burpees coach (fully on-device, collects nothing).
  • Lotus Bloom — photographic watch face (fully on-device, collects nothing).
  • Pull-Up Workout — pull-up coach (fully on-device, collects nothing).
  • Push-Up Workout — push-up coach (fully on-device, collects nothing).
  • Sit-Up Workout — core / sit-up coach (fully on-device, collects nothing).
  • Bodyweight Workout — all-in-one bodyweight coach (fully on-device, collects nothing).
  • Dips Workout — dips coach (fully on-device, collects nothing).
  • Hyrox Power — HYROX race trainer (runs on the watch; optional GPS for outdoor runs; optional workout sync in the paid version, off until you pair).
  • Hyrox Power Training — HYROX preparation trainer: prebuilt sessions, workout builder and weekly plan (runs on the watch; optional workout sync in the paid version, off until you pair).
  • Hyrox Power Race — HYROX race simulator only (runs on the watch; optional workout sync in the paid version gives a read-only synced list, off until you pair).
  • Matchday — live World Cup watch face (sends only an anonymous watch ID to fetch scores; no personal data).
  • NATURE — animated nature watch face (the free version sends only an anonymous watch ID for a licence check; the optional paid Pro version is fully on-device).
  • UFO — flying-saucer watch face (fully on-device, no permissions, collects nothing — free Trial and paid Pro alike).
  • Xeric Retroscope — photo-real retro NEW MESSAGE watch face (fully on-device, no permissions; heart rate/steps/elevation shown on-device only, never sent).
  • GARDEN — flower-wreath watch face (fully on-device, no permissions; weather/steps/heart rate shown on-device only, never sent).
  • SNAKE — animated snake-digit watch face (fully on-device, no permissions; steps/battery shown on-device only, never sent).
  • Lingua — language-learning watch face (fully on-device; uses the Location permission on the watch for local sunrise/sunset only; nothing — location, weather, steps, heart rate — ever leaves the watch).
  • CORGI — hand-drawn corgi watch face (fully on-device, no permissions; the data it shows — weather, steps, heart rate — never leaves the watch).
  • FLIPTIME — word-clock watch face (fully on-device, no permissions; the weather it shows never leaves the watch).
  • CrossFit Power — CrossFit-style functional-fitness trainer (on-device, collects nothing; records to your own Garmin Connect, optional GPS for run legs).
  • PLAYTIME — baby sensory colour-play app (fully offline, no permissions; collects nothing from anyone, including the infant it is shown to).
  • RELOADED V1 — retro DOS-terminal watch face (fully on-device, no permissions; weather/steps/heart rate shown on-device only, never sent).
  • RELOADED V2 — retro DOS hero-clock watch face (fully on-device, no permissions; weather/steps/heart rate shown on-device only, never sent).
  • Powerlifting Power — strength coach & meet-day companion (on-device, collects nothing; records to your own Garmin Connect, no GPS).
  • Yoga Power — guided-yoga app (on-device, no account; collects nothing; records to your own Garmin Connect, no GPS).
  • REMINDER — 24-hour-dial reminder watch face (fully on-device, no permissions; your reminder labels and times never leave the watch).
  • TABATA Power — Tabata interval trainer (on-device, no account; collects nothing; records to your own Garmin Connect, no GPS).

  • Business Card — vCard-QR business-card app (fully offline, no permissions; your card details stay on your watch and your own Garmin Connect account, never sent to us).
  • PLANK Power — plank trainer (on-device, collects nothing; records to your own Garmin Connect, no GPS; the free edition has no networking code at all, and Pro can additionally download circuits you built on this site).
  • Stretch Power — guided-stretching app (on-device, no account; collects nothing; records to your own Garmin Connect, no GPS).
  • GERMAN SHEPHERD — hand-drawn German Shepherd watch face (fully on-device, no permissions; the stats and weather it shows never leave the watch).

  • Jumper — two-button platformer game (offline; one opt-in feature sends data — a global leaderboard that, only when you enable it, sends your name and best score to bikintulis.de).
  • Hyrox Power — Workout Sync — the optional web workout builder (no account; stores only a random device key and the workouts you build, so your watch can download them; delete-it-yourself button).
  • Kettlebell Power — kettlebell training app (on-device; your history, bells, personal bests and hand-care log stay on the watch; the free edition has no networking code at all, and from v2.0.0 Pro can additionally download sessions you built on this site).
  • Squats Power — squat training app (fully on-device; counts rep cadence on the wrist, sends nothing anywhere).
  • Cats & Steps — step-goal watch face (requests no permissions whatsoever; the 24-hour trial is measured entirely on the watch).
  • CrossFit Coach — adaptive training-plan app (sends an anonymous athlete id and your training profile to build the plan; no name, email, account or location).
  • 10in1 V3 — ten-in-one analogue watch face (the free Trial sends only an anonymous watch id for a licence check; the paid edition is fully on-device).
  • GYM Power — gym strength trainer (on-device; your logs, weights and personal bests stay on the watch and in your own Garmin Connect; Pro can additionally download workouts you built on this site).
  • GYM Power — Workout Sync — the optional builder and detailed workout-history viewer for GYM Power Pro (no account; two-way, user-initiated sync; self-service deletion; 24-month inactivity purge).
  • PLANK Power — Circuit Sync — the optional web circuit builder for PLANK Power Pro (no account; stores only a random device key and the circuits you build; one-way, download-only; delete-it-yourself button; 24-month inactivity purge).
  • Kettlebell Power — Session Sync — the optional web session builder for Kettlebell Power Pro (no account; stores only a random device key and the sessions you build; loads travel as a percentage, so we never learn which bells you own; one-way, download-only; delete-it-yourself button; 24-month inactivity purge).
  • GhostRunner — running pace data field (fully on-device, no permissions; pace, distance, timer and lap data are processed live and never sent to BIKINTULIS).
  • MedTrack — medication reminder and log (your schedule downloads from the site; your dose logs, confirmation times and adherence never leave the watch).
  • SuppTrack — athlete supplement reminder and log (the optional schedule downloads from the site; intake logs and confirmation times never leave the watch).

9. Your rights

Under the GDPR you can ask to access, correct, or delete your data, withdraw consent, object to processing, or lodge a complaint with your data-protection authority. To exercise any right, use the contact form — requests are answered within 30 days.

10. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy to reflect new features or legal requirements. The "Last updated" date above reflects the latest change.
