Stretch Power — Routine Sync Privacy
Updated 19 October 2026. Applies to the optional web builder in Stretch Power Pro 2.2.0 and later.
What is stored
The watch creates a random device key. When you request a pairing code, the service stores that key, the app identifier, a temporary six-digit code and connection timestamps. A paired browser can save routine names, selected catalog stretches, their order and durations for that watch.
The browser receives a signed, Secure, HttpOnly, SameSite=Lax cookie named stretch_dk. It remembers up to five paired watches. It is used for this builder, not advertising or analytics, and browser scripts cannot read it. Its maximum lifetime is approximately 400 days; you can disconnect sooner with Forget active watch.
Pro 2.3.0 also lets you save up to 20 custom stretch definitions: your chosen name, body area, default duration and Left/Right option. These are stored with the selected watch and downloaded with its routines. The illustration is a generic body-area marker. Deleting the watch's server data removes these definitions too.
What is not uploaded
The sync feature downloads your authored routines to the watch. It does not upload heart rate, completed activities, FIT files, your stretching history, streaks or personal bests. No account, email address or password is required. Routine names are user-entered text and are stored as entered.
How pairing works
Codes expire after 15 minutes and can be redeemed once. The device key and signed browser cookie authorize access to the routines. App identifiers label the app; they are not server-verifiable proof of purchase. Use the builder only on browsers you trust.
Retention and deletion
Saved routines and device records remain until you choose Delete active watch data. That action deletes that watch’s server routines, pairing codes and device record. It does not delete other watches or other apps’ data. Forget active watch removes this browser’s connection only. Expired or used codes cannot be redeemed; their records may remain until cleanup or data deletion.
Downloaded routines stay on your watch for offline use. Clearing routines on the website and choosing Sync now downloads an empty set. Uninstalling or resetting the watch app removes its local data and may create a new device identity on the next pairing.
Website infrastructure
Requests are processed by BIKINTULIS infrastructure. Standard server logs can contain IP addresses, request paths and timestamps. The builder loads its scripts and illustrations from this website and includes no third-party analytics or advertising.
