Privacy Policy - Tetris

1. Summary

  • Tetris runs as a Garmin watch face and needs no BIKINTULIS account.
  • Both editions declare no Connect IQ permissions.
  • Time, date, battery, steps and Garmin Weather temperature are drawn on the watch.
  • No watch metrics, settings, Trial state, analytics or diagnostics are sent to BIKINTULIS.
  • Watch-face settings and Trial timing state remain in local Garmin application storage.

2. Permissions

None. Tetris Trial and Pro declare no Connect IQ permissions.

3. Watch data

Tetris reads device-provided local time, date, battery level and daily steps. It also reads current temperature when Garmin Weather makes it available. These values are used only to draw the watch face. When temperature is unavailable, the face displays a pixel placeholder rather than an invented value.

4. Data stored locally

The watch-face settings remain in Garmin application storage. Tetris Trial additionally stores its first launch time, greatest observed time and expiration state to enforce its 24-hour access period while local storage remains present. Trial and Pro are separate Garmin apps; their settings and Trial state do not transfer automatically. Reinstalling or erasing local storage may restart the Trial.

5. Data sent to BIKINTULIS

None. The watch face contains no BIKINTULIS network connection, advertising, analytics, account or server synchronization. BIKINTULIS cannot see your steps, weather, settings or Trial state.

6. Garmin and the Connect IQ Store

Garmin distributes the watch face and supplies supported device and weather values independently of BIKINTULIS. Garmin's processing is governed by Garmin's privacy policy. Purchases and downloads take place through Garmin; BIKINTULIS does not receive payment-card data.

7. The bikintulis.de website

The Tetris listing page is separate from the watch face. Website comments, reviews and contact messages are handled under the general website privacy policy. Visiting the page does not connect your watch or its data to BIKINTULIS.

8. Retention, rights and contact

Local settings and Trial state remain until Garmin removes the app's storage, normally after uninstall or a device reset. BIKINTULIS holds no Tetris watch-data record to access, correct or delete. For website-data requests or questions, use the contact form.

9. Changes

This policy will be updated before any version with different data handling is released. The date above identifies the latest version.
